Massage Therapy is perfect for stress relief, bringing the body to balance, assisting the rehabilitation of an injury, athletic recovery, or simply to rest and relax. Each massage is unique integrating a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and gentle stretching. If no contraindications are present, we may include the use of heated stones, decompression cupping, and essential oils to enhance your treatment. A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to schedule your visit. .
