Service Description

Massage Therapy is perfect for stress relief, bringing the body to balance, assisting the rehabilitation of an injury, athletic recovery, or simply to rest and relax. Each massage is unique to meet your needs and integrates a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and gentle stretching. If no contraindications are present, we may include the use of heated stones, decompression cupping, hot towels and essential oils to enhance your treatment. A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to schedule your visit. Avoid a no-show or cancelation fee of up to 100% of the service reserved by allowing for at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
