Our Story

In 2022, we began our story in a small office space for massage therapy in Belford, NJ, specializing in rest and relaxation. Since then, with a better understanding for the need to pause, we've started building ways to better embody The Resting Nook within the self.

The Resting Nook gives us the tools we need to rest, safely.
